Three Months and Counting

Alexander is now over three and a half months old and enjoying every minute of it!  He loves to smile and giggle and spends a lot of play time hanging on to his toys, chewing is hands, and grabbing his toes.  He is getting better at tummy time and rolled over twice in one day (although we do not have photographic evidence and he has not rolled over since then).  He is very talkative, although we have not quite deciphered what he is saying.  Here are some pictures of what Alexander has been up to lately.

Our happy boy hams it up for the camera.

Alexander and William enjoy a lunch date at Potbelly's.  The strollers took up about a quarter of the restaurant, but people didn't seem to mind because the boys are so cute!

William kindly shares his play area with Alexander, and explains to Alexander  how tough it is to be a newborn.

"Mom, are you done taking pictures of me yet?  I am tired of sitting up like a big boy."

"I think I am going to like growing up - there are so many more fun things I can do and see!"

Alexander has pledged to support the Alli-Gators, his mom's fantasy football team.  He would also like the St. Louis Sturgeons (his dad's team) to do well, but his loyalties are tied to his food source.

"Maybe one day I will figure out how to throw this thing."

Alexander plays with his friend Trevor while watching his first Northwestern football game.  Go 'Cats!

The Stromberg Family demonstrates its Wildcat pride.

"Do you like my new hat?"  Alexander models a cap that would make Papa McKenzie very proud.

Grandpa Ross could not be happier- he is cuddling with his two favorite boys! (Sorry Andrew, you are no longer the favorite)

Kenneth and Alexander are caught conspiring about future shenanigans!  Just wait until they can walk and talk...

The three amigos are united for the first time!  William, Alexander and Kenneth enjoyed their first group meeting and are looking forward to many more play dates in the years ahead.

Alexander enjoys cuddles from Anutie Carol :)

Alexander is impressed with William's animated storytelling.

William shows off his tummy time skills!  He scoots himself forward by pushing his feet of his dad's hands - a great trick!
