A busy couple of weeks!

Alexander was very busy during his first couple of weeks!  He enjoyed having lots of visitors and is getting used to living with Mom and Dad :)  He is good at eating and sleeping, although not necessarily when we would like him to!  He got an excellent report from the doctor at his two week appointment - he is now over 8lbs!

Alexander is one week old in this picture, and has already declared himself to be a Wildcat fan.  He is very excited about the upcoming football season.  Go Cats!

Alexander has been contemplating a career in medicine.  He is particularly qualified for the night shifts, as he doesn't really like sleeping at night.

Two weeks old!  Can you tell he is getting bigger?

Alexander is making friends quickly.  He really likes hanging out with Frogger and a hungry caterpillar.

Great Aunt Carol came to visit and cuddle with Alexander before we left the hospital :)

'Anutie' Jean came over with the Gibson Gang to say hi - Alexander could tell that she has dealt with a few newborns before.

Molly did a great job holding Alexander!

Emily is mastering her baby-sitting skills :)

Kenny gave Alexander great advice on how to deal with all of the girls in the family.

Alexander loved cuddling up with Melissa!

Alexander had fun spending time with Don, Erin, Lilly and Baby Kenneth!

Alexander is hoping to get a few golf lessons from Don.

Kenneth and Alexander meet for the first time.  We are looking forward to the days when they are running wild together around Grandpa Ross's house!

Uncle Nick and Aunt Kaori came in from St. Louis to visit Alexander - Alexander had fun talking to Uncle Nick about the Cardinals and all about how to build things.  Alexander is also very thankful that Uncle Nick fixed the baby swing!

Alexander is very happy to hang out with Aunt Kaori.

Christina is all ready for babysitting duty!  Alexander loved spending time with Uncle John, Aunt Sondra and Christina.

Alexander really enjoyed Aunt Sondra's carrot cake cupcakes - Thanks Aunt Sondra!

Alexander has not yet decided whether he likes bath time, but we think he looks pretty cute in his frog bath towel!

Alexander also celebrated Mommy's 29th birthday this week - she says that he is the best gift she has ever received :)
